The nomination by Ruto of Erastus Edung Ethekon as IEBC chair was supposed to have been greeted with a lot of relief and excitement by Kenyans who have been without a functional IEBC for way too long now. Instead it is shrouded in controversy and suspicion. And the following information will alarm Kenyans even more.
