BBI Setting Itself Up For Failure?
The final BBI report with proposals to reconfigure how Kenyans are governed is due to be presented to the Handshake principals next week. But already contents of the report have been leaked and suggest that the BBI team will have an uphill task getting the support they need to push through the changes. Here's why...
