There were real fireworks in Maanzoni on Saturday. Starting with the remarks made by Raila Odinga at the function which was the funeral of veteran pilot Colonel (retd) James Nguyo Gitahi to what fiery ODM secretary General Edwin Sifuna said. And even the very polite but pointed remarks of tycoon and owner of Citizen TV S.K. Macharia. Why the fireworks? Why the high political temperatures at a funeral of all places?
