Ruto's Strange Call To DCI: Cry For Help Or Political Games?
George Kinoti is a government official supposed to report to DP William Ruto. So what was the strange trajectory of the call from the deputy president to kinoti all about? Is this just a political move by team Tanga Tanga? Or are there serious concerns that need to be addressed urgently?
