0.5 Million Dead People Voted in 2013 Will 1M Vote In 2017?
Kenyans who are long dead usually vote in the Kenyan elections,
especially for the president. In a recent audit of the voter roll by
audit firm KPMG, over a million dead voters were found to be registered
voters and many of them have been on the register for a very long time.
Will the usual last minute excitement and distractions keep them there?
Or at the very least a percentage of them after some dead have been
removed for cosmetic purposes?
