    Most of the debt collection agencies I have dealt with in Kenya are just conmen. Very very few professional ones. You claim these guys are the best? Or amongst the best debt collection outfits? Well, it will take a very short time for me to verify that and will revert in this forum.

    The best debt collection agency or agencies in Kenya must be able to collect money I am owed as quickly as possible. They must be honest and give me timely reports on their progress. Ultimately they must save me time. If these factors are not in play, then why hire a debt collector when I know how to use a phone and have a staff member who can sit in an office the whole day until the cheque is signed?
