Imanyara's Life in Danger or Just Crying Wolf?

No Kenyan can take a threat on his life lightly. More so if you have rubbed the high and mighty the wrong way. You don’t provoke an EXECUTIVE FOUL MOOD and get away with it.

So is Imanyara the next target or simply crying wolf? Well, given history, Imanyara's past dealings with the first family leaves him a very wanted man and he better take the scribbled LAME threats seriously.

State House has given the predictable contempt card. But what is baffling is why any intelligent Kenyan would hand write such a juvenile threat on police letter head. Only in Kenya where everything goes is such impunity tolerated. Otherwise the handwriting is handy evidence and trace that would take less than an hour to have the culprit cornered.

Executive foul mood
The latent threat has been delivered and Imanayara is better warned the same police meant to protect him are in the loop to harm him. That can only happen in Kenya where power men turn the police force into personal militia. Just wait until the same police shamelessly beg Kenyans to appreciate their THANKLESS hard task of securing and defending us.

Between Imanyara’s fears and State House’s contemptuous response, Kenyans know whom to trust given our bloody history. The jerk knee platitudes propaganda is symptomatic of a credibility vacuum.

Muite must stay armed after being warned for rattling gatekeepers.

IF THE NATIONAL BANK OF KENYA WANTED TO REPOSESS MR.MUITE'S HOUSE DUE TO THE 'DEFAULT' OF KSH150 MILLION WHICH HE AGREES HE OWES THE BANK,WHY THEN SEND THUGS TO DAMAGE AND LOOT HIS PROPERTY IN HIS ABSCENTIA? I thought they could remove his belongings and lock the gate but instead, all that damage they caused, leaves one to read foul.Lucy Kibaki had threatened Muite in full glare of the public and its of no suprise who is calling the shots as to who should be eliminated

  2. Such contempt of the rule of law is what sets aside the civilised from the uncivilised.I am afraid we have such a long way to go to be able to agree to disagree civilly. Our leaders fear being challenged and since they are not worth the salt they resort to what they have truly mastered- arrogance and contempt. I wonder what will be the common mans reprive, washindwe kabisa mavi ya kuku wao!

  4. I do not believe even for a second that Mwai Kibaki or any legitimate member of his government would want to kill anyone. And even if they did, they wont write a letter to the supposed target.

However, it is clear we have a first lady who not only has a very thick skull, but one who should get on the couch, u know, just for a date with a psychoanalyst.

This whole thing is so frustratingly crazy that I choose to sit and watch!

Wanawake lazima watawaliwe na kutengezwa. Kibaki and Raila are busy fighting as their women rule and reign unchecked. I say back to the basics NOW :)

Like Muite before him, and Githongo much earlier, Imanyara is in present and future danger from the Kibakis.

Imanyara is announcing in broad daylight and for the record, that the Kibaki sponsored assasins are on his tail.

Folks, let's backtrack here for one minute. Remember that Imanyara divulged information that was very embarrasing to the first family. Th fact is that the first lady did indeed assault Imanyara at State House. This has been proven beyond doubt to the extent that the Njuri Ncheke demanded an apology from the "first rady".

Fast rewind. A while back, remember that Muite had acccused the Kibaki family of being the masterminds behind the infamous raid on the Standard group. The president's four children (the official ones, that is), then issued an ultimatum to Muite giving him seven days to apologise to the First Family or risk court proceedings.

In a quick retort, Muite refused to be intimidated by the "First Famiry" and said that he would not apologise and even dared the president's lawyers to take him to court on defamation charges.

In his rejoinder, Muite through his lawyer, Gitobu Imanyara said: "It will be vigorously and robustly defended at your clients risk as to costs and all other consequences ensuing there from."

Did the first family ever take Muite to court. NO!

Did something happen to Muite? YES!

Is Imanyara's life at risk? ABSOLUTELY!

@1:36 AM you slimebag, are you one of the killer criminals who thrive on chaos? Just checking.

  17. Do you people remember the late Embakasi MP Melitus Were who was gunned down right outside his gate by hired assassins? Kenyans suffer from collective amnesia, I bet no one recalls that brutal murder today.

And still you guessed it right- there's no conviction yet regarding Were's murder. Most MPs have been silent regarding extra-judicial killings with exception of a few like Khalwale and Imanyara.

Parliament has become a fool's paradise for these pampered, arrogant and tax dodging MPs. The chickens (extra-judicial killings) are coming home to roost. I can't wait for that swift denial from government's chief parrot Dr Mutua rubbishing Imanyara's claims although the Govt admitted in Geneva that death squads are rife in this banana republic.

There is no reason why Muite and Imanyara could go wrong.

Mboya warned Pinto, Odinga warned Mboya, Omamo warned Ouko. But all the same, the big bosses went ahead to kill those who rubbed shoulders with them.

Time has changed. If Kibaki does this then Kenyans might decide to burn everything what is valuable to him.

  22. Taabu ;

Muite is a very brainy person but he is (1) a poor manager of his economic life, (2) a political illiterate with respect to Gema politics, and (3) overrates himself.
Financially, he has been living beyond his means for sometime now. But the main problem has been his investment strategies and the people he trusts to run his business affairs. He entrust his business affairs to characters who feign loyalty while they drain his marrow time and time again. From his coffee farm (changed to flowers) in Thika, to banking interests, to yogart factory ... it is his "accountants" and "aides" who have finished him. These characters are street smart; they realised he is a country club guy who likes to visit his farm as a tourist. So they cooked his goose.
His criminal case still pends in the courts after he defrauded the Naivasha women land buying company. Since Kibaki has refused to help him make the case go away, Muite is alligning himself with Raila in the hope that if Raila becomes the next president he will order a nolle prosequi. The way things are going, the poor fellow may be the first high profile to go to jail for defrauding the poor.
There is a Kikuyu saying that "ululations begin at home." Politically, Muite disregarded the wisdom of this saying and thought that he could disregard nyumbani and create a national following. He forgot that in a tribal society like Kenya you must have a regional base you can call home that ululates for you before the nation pays any attention to your political whims. In Central very few people have ever seen him in a harambee outside his Kabete home area and yet he is a national name. The senior Kikuyu politicians have always known this weakness of his and that is why from Matiba, to Kibaki and now Uhuru, nobody has ever paid any attention to Muite's political views.
Worse, he overrates himself. That is why he has never teamed up with political giants of Central in the same party. Take the case of Kibaki. Muite has never appreciated Kibaki leave alone supported him politically. Even in 2002 when every Tom and Dick was shouting Kibaki Tosha, Muite opposed him yet when Kibaki won Muite wanted a cabinet post becaus e as far as he was concerned he was indespensible.
In Jan 2003 when Kibaki was still recoperating, Muite's friends (Kiraitu and Murungaru) tried to sneek his name in the list of full cabinet ministers but Kibaki caught it before damage was done. Kibaki put the name as assistant minister for Health under Ngilu. Muite declined the offer in fury saying that he cannot be an assistant to a semi-illiterate woman. Again in 2005 when LDP was kicked out of govt. Kiraitu and Murungaru again went to beg Kibaki to have their friend in a major cabinet ministry. They left to go and celebrate with Muite thinking that finally they had convinced Kibaki. But Kibaki is not an easy guy; he split Housing Dept from the Lands Ministry and gave it to Muite. When word reached them in the club, Muite hit the roof and telephone State House to noisily decline saying that he cannot run a former dept.
Every time Muite's budies would sneek his name in the cabinet list, they would run to Amos Wako to tell him to enter nolle prosqui in Muite's criminal case. Their argument would be that the guy is about to be a cabinet minister and it would embarrass the president to have one of his ministers associated with a criminal case. Wako, as usual, would agree with them and promise to do so when the appointments would go on the air. Muite's name was never to be announced and Wako never had to bother with the nolle prosqui.
As we speak Muite hana boma politically and in the literal sense. No body is after him except his creditors and ghosts of better times. And these uninvited guests are beginning to knock on Imanyara's door.

  23. The Boy Who Cried Wolf

There once was a shepherd boy who was bored as he sat on the hillside watching the village sheep. To amuse himself he took a great breath and sang out, "Wolf! Wolf! The Wolf is chasing the sheep!"

The villagers came running up the hill to help the boy drive the wolf away. But when they arrived at the top of the hill, they found no wolf. The boy laughed at the sight of their angry faces.

"Don't cry 'wolf', shepherd boy," said the villagers, "when there's no wolf!" They went grumbling back down the hill.

Later, the boy sang out again, "Wolf! Wolf! The wolf is chasing the sheep!" To his naughty delight, he watched the villagers run up the hill to help him drive the wolf away.

When the villagers saw no wolf they sternly said, "Save your frightened song for when there is really something wrong! Don't cry 'wolf' when there is NO wolf!"

But the boy just grinned and watched them go grumbling down the hill once more.

Later, he saw a REAL wolf prowling about his flock. Alarmed, he leaped to his feet and sang out as loudly as he could, "Wolf! Wolf!"

But the villagers thought he was trying to fool them again, and so they didn't come.

At sunset, everyone wondered why the shepherd boy hadn't returned to the village with their sheep. They went up the hill to find the boy. They found him weeping.

"There really was a wolf here! The flock has scattered! I cried out, "Wolf!" Why didn't you come?"

An old man tried to comfort the boy as they walked back to the village.

"We'll help you look for the lost sheep in the morning," he said, putting his arm around the youth, "Nobody believes a liar...even when he is telling the truth!"

What has yorgut company has to do with Jimmy and Judy threatening leag suit? And what didn't they go ahead and let the worm crawl if they meant the threat?

Imanyara has stepped on really sore toes and irritating the gatekeepers. You can sanitize rot all you wish but Kenyans know whom to trust. Story ya nyumbani politics is only bandied for expediency, period.

  26. Threatening life of any Kenyan is a serious matter which should be investigated urgently and thoroughly.

We have to realize that life is more important than money, presidency, pride or status.

No Kenyan should be killed again by a Kenyan. Many leaders have died since independence simply because they disagreed with the bosses.

Kenyans have to speak with one voice over this matter irrespective of your origin, culture, religion, race, sex or political affiliation.

If he could kill Otieno Amabala, Karisa Maitha Maitha, Wamalwa Kijana, King'ara, Oulu and Owiti Ongili, let alone the 5000 Mungikis and more than 1500 young innocent democrats protesting the 2007 presidential elections theft, what could stop him killing Imanyara, Muite, Khalwale, to name but a few?

Did the killers of Dr. Crispin Odhiambo Mbai not confess their guilt and yet he ordered Murangaru to declare the killers innocent, dismissing the plea of guilty as based on crude evidence?

Let him kill Imanyara and Muite along with others since that would definitely make his wealth burn in a day and power escape him for ever.

The world should not listen to Professor George Saitoti because he is not only a dishonest politician but absolutely fake for among other reasons:
    1. He is the most heartless and worst opportunistic politician Kenya has ever had.
2.He pretends to be a Maasai when he knows and everybody knows that he is a Kikuyu George Kinuthia wa Muthengi from Mangu, Kiambu.
3.During the 2007 elections he shamelessly stole the votes by forcing Kivuitu to declare him the winner, and this has lead the Maasai to turn their backs on him.
4.By false pretence he impersonated a Maasai boy and scooped the American scolarship with which he studied at a university in America as a Maasai.Despite this injury he continues to exploit the Maasai.
5.He is a leading politician who wants central rift to be percelled out to form a Kikuyu second province and in thus doing adding insult to injury to the Kalenjin and the Maasai.
6.He actively wants to extend the Nairobi cosmoplitan to gobble towns like Isinya, Kiserian, Ngong', Karen up to Kajiado in order that the plots of these munispalities belong to the Kikiyu grabbers. With their myopic way of looking at things this will make them lose the Rift Valley for ever.

Look at his knee jerk reaction following Imanyara's revelations about the plot to kill him. Wthout even investigating he has absolved his fellow killers by passing the back on a psychopath. To him and in his heart of hearts the psychopaths must be Gitobu Imanyara and peace loving Kenyans who know the truth much better than anything else notwithstanding his underrating us.

The world must take the likes of Saitoti to The Hague in order for Kenyans to live in peace and develop democratrically.

It is amzaing that this criminal is Kenya's minister for internal security of all the dockets! His being a minister says volumes about the GEMA/PNU side of the current Kenya government.

  33. LEAVE KAJWANG' ALONE!

Its big business issuing Somalis within IDs at Kajiado. Mr. Ali Musika, a Somali of Tanzanian origin has been arranging for the issuance to Somali refugees with the Kenyan IDs within days. He too became a Kenyan citizen within days with the same bogus procedure. This man upon acquiring the post of chief makes sure that he makes quick money through the said ID issuance of which he charges anything from Sh. 100,000.

This ''chief'' together with other officers, particularly in the department of immigration gleefully issue Somalis with the national IDs and the latter immediately buy plots at rates begining from Sh. 3,000,000 upwards. Illegal trade is going on in Kajiado and the involved officers cannot inform their minister lest they lose their source of easy money.Besides the minister who is ODM does not wield the GEMA power so they do not see the need of alerting him.

Goods and refugees flow freely through the Dadaab police road block, north of Garisa as the police upon receiving US$ 300 per per refugee look the other wayfrom the crime scene. They have nothing to fear after all minister Uhuru Kenyatta has gotten away with Sh. 10 billion the other day, let alone the MPs refusing to pay taxes.

Somalii goods particularly sugar sell like hot cakes in Kajiado, all the way to Tanzania.

  38. MIGINGO AND THE UGANDA NILOTES

Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Kibaki supporter, killer of General John Garang'de Mabior, killer of 8,000,000 Congolese, killer more than 100 Kenyan Luos during the 2007/2008 PEV, grabber of Migingo Island will never stop to amaze the world.

While continuing to keep Ugandan 2 million Nilotes in military concentration camps for the last 25 years in northern Uganda he has started dishing out their land to the Kikuyu killers/land grabbers who who fled from the blazing arrows in the Rift Valley during the 2007/2008 PEV.

The Kikuyus he has settled are already truggling against the Sudanese Nilotes over ''property!'' ''What property?''

They call themselves victims of PEV, IDPs!! Since when did the killers become victims? Since when did a people who deliberately ran to Museveni to assist them steal Rift Valley land at a time he was helping MEK steal the elections, kill young democrats demonstrating against the presidential elections theft, and illgally retaining power, become IDPs. These people will never cease to amaze. Its in their genes.

But History is bound to repeat itself once more when the Uganda/Sudanese Nilotes send them scampering for their lives from the land they are now occupying.

Museveni is a ruler of Uganda for a season so he will not always be there to ensure the safety of the killer-Kikuyu who have now encrouched on Nilotic land in both Uganda and Sudan keep the same.

They were abusing those whose land the stole in Kenya, but they were painfully sent away and notwithstanding that they have started abusing those whose land Museveni is illegally giving them.

No wonder Emilio is keeping dead
silence over Migingo. In their meeting in Lusaka the deal was ''GIVE ME LUO MIGINGO AND I GIVE YOUR PEOPLE LUO LAND IN UGANDA.
