Kalonzo Or Raila: Who Is The Boss?

Question remains even as protocol issue is resolved

The protocol mess has been resolved today and the procedure now is that Raila invites the VP to speak first. The VP sits down when he is done and then Raila invites the president to speak. Hii Kenya yetu kweli!

But yesterday is a day that remains etched on the minds of many Kenyans. As one commentator pointed out here it was a scene straight out of a comedy. Even Walter Mongare and his Redykulass comedy trio would not have done it better (with KJ as Kalonzo, Njuguna as Kibaki and Mongare as Raila).

Three of the most powerful men in Kenya hurdled together and getting in each others way as they walked and as the cameras rolled and flashed.

Methinks Kalonzo was trying to strike a pose with his lifted hand. What did he keep on pointing at all the time with his right hand? I also think that Kalonzo rushed to be at Kibaki’s right hand side to give Kenyans that all important symbolic message.

The actions of a man always betrays his thinking. And this man called Kalonzo has blood on his hands no matter what angle you look at things from. The money he received from London included handing over votes to Kibaki in the concluded flawed elections. Has anybody attempted to explain President Kibaki’s sudden popularity in Ukambani when the community had their own candidate?

Politics aside, if Kalonzo had a heart, over 4,000 of our innocent dear brothers and sisters, now departed would have been with us today and that is a fact. Without Kalonzo, it would not have been possible for PNU to rig the presidential elections, the gap would have been just too wide.

And again for those still blind with ethnicity, Kalonzo displayed his true character yesterday. Kindly note that the three leaders were not going for a homecoming party. Nay, they were going to visit some displaced Kenyans who have gone through the kind of suffering you and I cannot even begin to imagine. A couple of these guys have committed suicide and yesterday one of them in the Naivasha camp killed his wife and left his mother-in-law for dead before fleeing. He is still at large. Fellow Kenyans try and understand that this IDP thing is not the joke Kalnzo Musyoka and others thinks it is.

So who is whose boss? The constitution says that Kalonzo is. The peace accord which was entrenched into the same constitution says that Raila and Kibaki are equal partners.

But frankly who cares as long as Kalonzo Musyoka stops his hypocritical ways. Interestingly in this week’s raw notes I present some interesting facts that proves exactly what kind of witchdoctor-visiting character the hypocritical VP is. Surely what did Kenyans do to deserve Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka?

  1. Kilonzo lost his chance of being the kingpin in Ukambani because of greed- Kilonzo had all along been in kibaki camp even before PNU was formed!!
PNU was formed from the agreement Kilonzo and Kibaki made on the support if any of their parties need more votes but all went wrong and that was why Kilonzo Judas jumbed in to be the VP to give credibility to the rigged elections(like Ukambani Vote was for Kibaki for Presidency)
Lucifer is our Kilonzo just like Judas in the bible script- All along Kilonzo was positioning himself to be the next president after Kibaki- but he did not count on the coalition government happening and Raila being above him! after all the accord was signed on equal partnership between ODM AND PNU!! can someone point out to me where the accord for equal partnership that Raila and Kibaki signed on behave of their parties say Kilonzo is the third signatory???
Actually there is no urgument on this one- it states clearly who are the signatories of the accord and it was passed through the parliament in the same state!!
RAILA SIGNED FOR ODM AND KIBAKI SIGNED FOR PNU-
SO KILONZO FALLS UNDER THE TWO LEADERS EVEN IF HE TRIES TO SEAT ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OR LEFT HAND SIDE OF KIBAKI HE IS STILL RAILA'S SUBORDINATE!!!
he looked rediculus trying to pull a fast one in Eldoret and Raila put him right in his place for the whole world to see- the news was picked up and flashed everywhere-
Now we know who is causing trible for kenyans and now we know who was making it hard for the coalition government to be in place- Kilonzo was behind the scene player whos was threating and terrorizing PNU about defecting with his ODM-K if they didn't give him what he wanted- but ukambani politics have changed and he is not the lord of the manor anymore!! mambo bado
Kilonzo better watch out in 2009 elections he will be irrelevant!!

  2. Kenya is a democracy and constitution allowed Kalonzo Musyoka to contest for the presidency, the same way James Orengo did in 2002, Kamau Ngethe has perrenially done it and the same way Nazlin (or whatever the name is) contested in 2007.

Kalonzo has a tribal clout of psychophants, in the name of the Kamba tribe, just the same way Raila has his railway sabotuers and stone throwers, the same way Kenneth Matiba has bigotic fanatics.

So. Matiba was not a spoiler for Kibaki, and so was Uhuru Kenyatta not a spoiler in 2002. It is only Kalonzo who is in the wrong.

Raila Odinga was not a TRAITOR in 2001 when he departed from the opposition to join the tyranical Moi/KANU regime that rewarded him with the Molasses plant the same way Kibaki rewarded Kalonzo with the vice-presidency after the 2007 election.

Kenya is a democracy, as Joseph Kamotho said, "even a dog can be elected on a FORD-Asili ticket". There are no two ways to it. Kalonzo had a right and a right to stage his own show as presidential candidate and was even dismissed as an outsider. He was not a traitor when people thought they were going to win the elections after flinging hammers in his direction in Mombasa's Tononoka Stadium? Wacheni zenu

  3. Anon above Derek, are we talking of the same man. Kilonzo or Kalonzo? Which one. There is Mutula Kilonzo and Charles Kilonzo and there is Kiema Kilonzo.

Kalonzo never lots a chance. Kalonzo is a politician and it is only APRIL of the first year of the tenth parliament. Kalonzo is relevant and very relevant. That is why he is the VP.

Not Kamau Ngethe and any other presidential candidate. He managed 17 constituencies, close to the number Raila Odinga gannered in 1997. He is relevant. The fact that he is hated by ODM because he joined arms with Kibaki after the elections does not make him a lesser Kenyan or politician for that sake.

  11. Raila Knows what he is doing- the under-dog will come out shining- he is addressing the Kenyans who lost loved ones and in camps- he could have refused to address the people when Kibaki and Kilonzo played the who is the greatest game but he didn't -he stood up and assured KENYANS HOW THE ACCORD WAS SIGNED AND AGREED UPON 50/50 WITHOUT kILONZO'S SIGNATURE AND PRECEDED TO TALK TO KENYANS AND THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL STATESMANSHIP!!
kILANZO AND kIBAKI LOOKED LIKE FOOLS:):) GO WATCH THE NEWS- REAL AGAIN !!AFTER RAILA TALKED TO THE IDPS' KIBAKI AND KILONZO BECOME IRRELEVANT TO THEM!! CAN YOU IMAGINE IDP'S BOOING KIBAKI AND KILONZO??? WHAT DOES THAT TELL US KENYANS????

AS FAR AS i'M CONCERED AND MANY KENYANS FEEL THE SAME!! IF kILONZO HAD STEPPED BACK AND REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE v.p POSITION LIKE SOMEONE ON HERE IS CLAIMING (v.p=INNOCENT KENYAN BLOOD ON THE STREETS) AND DEMANDED THAT THE ELECTIONS SHOULD BE RECOUNTED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE PNU MESSED WITH THEM- HE WOULD HAVE COME OUT A BETTER MAN WELL RESPECTED BY ALL TRIBES IN KENYA!
BUT HIS GREED AND AMBITION TOOK OVER- KILONZO WILL NEVER EVER GET A VOTE FROM WESTERN!!SOLD OUT JULIE ODHIAMBO - NO VOTE IN NYANZA!! NO VOTE IN RIFT VALLEY- NO VOTE IN COAST PROVINCE AND NORTH EASTERN AND EVEN NOW IN THE NEXT ELECTIONS ID HE WON ONLY 2 PROVINCES LIKE KIBAKI DID- THIS TIME HE WON'T BE ABLE TO RIG WITH THE NEW CONSTITUTION:):):) YUP!! IN ANY CASE UKAMBANI NOW IS IN A FREE FOR ALL MODE!! I DOUBT IF HE WILL BE ABLE TO GET THE SAME CHRISTIAN VOTES AND DANCE WITH THE BIBLE LIKE HE DID LAST TIME!! THE JUDAS IN HIM CAME OUT WITH HORNS SCREAMING ME!!! ME!! ME!!I'm THE KIBAKI SUCCESSOR!!OOPS THEN UHURU HAPPENED:)

  12. I am disgusted with some comments here. some folks don't even make the effort to speel the names right as long as they can express their hate comments. They talk about Kilonzo meaning Kalonzo - but who cares as long as this blog gives them the chance to express their more than stupid comments.

Shame on you, Kenya and Kenyans.

Unless you learn to read and write correctly - which even first-class pupils do better than you - stop posting your comments here, because if you continue, you are only disclosing your ignorance and stupitidy around the world.

  13. Chris, I must say you are blessed to host a Kenyan political blog. In other words, Kumekucha will never become stale or irrelevant. No matter the political perception of normalcy, intrigues will perpetually keep popping up. Here we are today wondering whether Musyoka is senior to Raila. In fact we have Kalonzo's lieutenant, aka Derek, refusing to accept the cowardice treachery lambasted on the Kenyan people by this miraculous fellow.

I must add that I'm proud of the Kenyan people. We may not have grown politically, going by the slow acceptance of a stolen election, but we have definitely added some hairs where necessary. Yes folks, booing and expressing displeasure freely and publicly is one of the cornerstones of conscious democracy. Legitimate civil disobedience is welcome in every civil society. We are not going to shut up when thieves and traitors attempt to date us. Hii mambo tumekata!!

You see, even if Kalonzo handcuffed himself to Kibaki's right hand, Kenyans innately know that Raila is bolder, gutsier and stronger …….. and therefore superior). As I told you earlier, Kibaki will be booed as Raila is cheered along these face saving 'monitoring the IDP conditions' rallies. In fact this is Raila's chance to really prove his status as the people's president.

The two people who should be fighting for seniority are Kibaki and Kalonzo.

That said, Raila is pissing me off by his strategic friendship with Kibaki.

  14. Derek, vipi mzee wa mtaa. Please don't put Matiba in the same boat as Kalonzo. In fact don't even include people of character like Kamau Ngethe in that sinking ship.

If you want, please only group Uhuru 'abandoning official opposition leadership' Kenyatta with Kalonzo 'abandoning Kenyans in time of war' Musyoka. The way I see it, these two fellows were laid by the same chicken in the same chicken coop.

Kalonzo did not lock anyone in a church pour petrol around it and set it ablaze, Kalonzo did not pick up a matchete to hack his neighbour because he/she did not vote for is candidate. In fact Kalonzo is very well respected around the world precicely because he chose to shun the barbarians in ODM. It shows that his not a leader who will lead Kenya into the darkness as others tried to do not very long ago

  17. Chris - you announced yesterday in your new blog Udaku Daily that you would serialize the Distantlover-issue of Marianne Briner and Jeff Koinange today, Friday,

Please don't - it would only support the cause of one Sam Okello and that's the last Kenya needs.

So even it it means to reduce your 'hits', accept your defeat even before starting.

  18. Anon 3:43 PM - I support your cause - Chris would be a real crook if he continues with the publication of the Distantlover-blog.

Jeff Koinange and Sam Okello are a disgrace to all Kenyans and what they did to Marianne Briner only confirms this.

What could these two ever offer to the development of Kenya besides their common interest in not only raping but also degrading women?

  19. OK, quick question to you all...and this is completely off topic but I'm asking since I expected Chris or Phil to do a piece on it and they haven't.

What's supposed to happen when some security officers go on strike, as has been reported by Standard? The prison warder's strike was obviously planned, so how come the relevant bosses didn't seem to be aware of this and address the issues before the actual strike started? Don't they know that we cannot afford to have these kinds of strikes for the sake of national security? Now these people are threatening to release criminals, including Njenga (to which I'm sure the Mungiki are rejoicing).

I do wish our leaders could become more proactive in resolving issues. Too bad they're busy fighting over who's to introduce who at public rallies. Pure nonsense.

  20. Story by KIMANI NJOGU IN THE DAILY NATION(a joker)Please read few paragraphs i posted here regarding land injustice!!!!!

Rift Valley MPs’ terms for resettlement disturbing

    Story by KIMANI NJOGU
    Publication Date: 4/26/2008
Rift Valley MPs’ condition for the resettlement of Kenyans displaced by the post-election violence is most disturbing. They do not want this to happen until a truth, justice and reconciliation commission is established. In a sense, they are affirming that the violence was not a consequence of the declaration of Mr Mwai Kibaki as president, but mainly about land.

    Political elite

The situation in the Rift Valley is not unique and it should not be presented as such by the political elite. In any case, it might be worth exploring the extent to which the elite of specific ethnic groups are contributing to the marginalisation of families and communities around them.

    AND KIMANI NJUGU (continues)

What about historical injustices? One would need to go back to 1900 when European settlement was implemented under the “interpenetration” policy and the alienation of land. The policy was implemented in different parts of the country and many communities were affected, leading to the Mau Mau uprising.

HERE IS AN ANSWER FOR HIM BY J.M. KARUIKI( champion fighter for the poor and voiceless in kenya on the same land issues- at list now their more strong voices to shout louder!!)

    J.M KARUIKI ON LAND ISSUES

    J. M. Kariuki's political life probably started in 1946 in earnest, after listening to a Kenyatta speech denouncing the way colonial government was handling the natives in a political rally. Its however likely he was political earlier than that. His parents had earlier on been forced to leave their home area, Chinga, located in the Nyeri native reserve, back in 1928 to work in the white highlands.

There, they became squatters on a European settler's farm and were expected, as was the case with other African squatter families, to do the regular and seasonal jobs for wages. Such a life trauma was certainly likely to have made him political.

In late 1940s, he joined the primary school drama and role played in the fight against colonial rule. While in Uganda for his secondary education, he closely followed the struggles that local Kenyans were facing from the European settlers.

On 22 October 1952, he finished his secondary school education and returned to Kenya. Shortly after that, Kenya was placed under state of emergency by the new Governor, Sir Evelyn Baring, and Kariuki joined the Mau Mau uprising. After Kariuki took his oath, he started working as Mau Mau liaison officer between Eldoret and Kisumu. He also helped in soliciting money, boots and housing for Mau Mau.

This led to his arrest in his hotel, which was working as a front to his political work. He was then detained in various camps (including Kowop and Langata) from 1953 until his release, seven years later in 1960.

After his release, he managed to secure Kenyatta's approval in starting Nyeri's Kenya African National Union (KANU) branch by visiting him in detention.

When Kenya became independent, Kariuki worked as Kenyatta’s private secretary between 1963 to 1969. In late 1960, Kariuki relationship with Kenyatta became increasingly strained as Kariuki became increasingly vocal of Kenyatta's policy. Some of their disagreement were:

    Government corruption.
The widening gap between rich and poor due to drought and the oil shock of 1973.
Deteriorating relations among East African Community members.
    Unfair distribution of land:

****After independence, United Kingdom government gave Kenyatta government funds to buy back land from the white settlers and redistribute it back to the natives.*****

******However, the land was never redistributed, but most of it was handed over to Kenyatta's close friends******

This was somehow similar to what happened in USSR early 90s.

In 1974, he was elected as Nyandarwa's Member of parliament and became an assistant minister in the Kenyatta government between 1974 and 1975.

This was despite Kenyatta government pulling all strings at its disposal to avoid his re-election as his popularity threatened to overshadow the government of the day.

He was last seen alive at the Hilton Hotel, accompanied by Kenyatta's bodyguard on March 2, 1975. Several days later, Kariuki's remains were found by a Maasai herdsman, Musaita ole Tunda, in a thicket in the Ngong Hills. His fingers had been chopped off and eyes gouged out.

At the time of his death Kariuki was a millionaire. It is not clear how he amassed his fortune so quickly without somehow engaging on the same vice he was very critical of.

His family did not benefit from his wealth, as Kenyatta's government conspired against them.

J.M Kariuki is remembered by Kenyans as a hero as he came to represent the force against the evils that have hemmed the country to this day.

THIS KIKUYU MAN DIED TRYING TO FIGHT FOR THE LAND ISSUES THAT HAVE COME BACK TO HAUNT US TODAY- YET THE KIKUYU'S IN CENTRAL THINK THEY CAN STILL BULLDOZE OTHER KENYANS- CLAIMING THAT THE RIFT VALLEY MP'S ARE BEING UNREASONABLE?? WELL J.M KARUIKI TRIED AND FAILED ENDING IN DEATH BUT THE TORCH JUST LIKE THE OLYMPICS TORCH MUST AND HAS BEEN PICKED UP BY OTHERS- J.M MUST BE SMILING AND HAPPY IN HIS GRAVE- LETS ME ADD IN HEAVEN!!!

daily nation PNU-kikuyu mouth piece is a disgrace and it does not surprise me to read such an article in their paper!! i hope kenyans ain't buying that shiate propaganda paper!!

  22. Chris:

You are just too harsh about Kalonzo. Between you and Okello, it seems as if there is a coordinated effort to soil Kalonzo's image. If you have any facts that implicate Kalonzo in any wrongdoing please put them out in the open. Otherwise, innuendo and an openly silly effort to tie Kalonzo to post-elections mayhem wouldn't do.

During electioneering Kalonzo did not inflame tribal passions. This was done mainly by the top ODM warlords and some outlaws in PNU.
I remember that it was ODM which started shouting at ECK to announce results when the first few results came in and it appeared Raila was ahead. When it appeared Raila would after all lose to Kibaki despite rigging in Nyanza and RV, ODM started refusing the results to be announced. Kalonzo's party wanted them published to avoid delay which was already causing anxiety in the country.

Violence broke out in ODM zones not in Kalonzo's or PNU zones. When Raila was openly justifying the violence, Kalonzo was openly calling for dialogue.

Kalonzo's supporters, following his advice, did not kill other communities who did not vote for Kalonzo. It was Raila's supporters who killed others who did not for for Raila. In fact here at Kumekucha TAABU has openly supported the killing of Kikuyus because Kikuyus had contested for councillor positions away from their "ancestral" lands. So when you attempt to connect Kalonzo to RV violence you end up sounding like a man with a personal axe to grind. Target your arrows at those barbarians who believe that Kenyans must vote as a herd of sheep and those who think that others have no right to stand for office of their choice anywhere in Kenya. Those are the true Judases; they are the ones saying that RV is an ODM zone in the mode of KANU of yesteryear.

In yesterday's Raila shenanigans in the RV peace tours, Kalonzo's speeches were dignified and to the point. It was Raila who looked like a kindergartener, whining about his pecking order and which paper he signed with Kibaki. Whether Raila speaks before or after Kibaki or Kalonzo, no sane Kenyan cares. We are after the content of the speeches and the agenda for peace and reconstruction. So, it amazes many when you and Okello expend so much energy trying to bring Kalonzo down simple because he did not support your idol, RAO.

Why does Kalonzo strike so much fear in the hearts of Raila supporters?? If Kalonzo is inconsequential why do ODMers spend so much time and treasure screaming and tearing their hairs off when they hear of Kalonzo? At this rate, by 2012, some ODmers will be in mental asylums, while others will be bedridden with hypertension. Hopefully, there will be enough ODMers with fading orange Kitenges to attend another make-believe Raila coronation at Uhuru Park!!!

  28. THIS IS A DIRECT QUOTE FROM MUTULA KILONZO ON LAND ISSUES AND KENYATTA??? a big joke for someone who claims to be well educated!!

Mutula says land is an asset that can break a nation. “The late president [Mzee Jomo] Kenyatta is the only person who understood the value of land,” he says. “He negotiated with the settlers for a system where the British government would fund the Kenyan government to buy the occupied lands through the Resettlement Trust Fund.” If not checked, Mutula warns that more chaos would arise and this time it would be worse than the wars of the 1950’s.

  33. Its some minutes past nine around here. The topic was supposed to be about who should be whose boss between messrs RAO and Kalonzo, but again someone took a deviation, and suddenly we are discussing land and so on and forth.

This morning as i was leaving my hacienda ( read house) i heard my Kikuyu neighbours discuss about Raila's Sharpness.I am not Kikuyu by any means but one can never gossip me using that very lingo as i can also speak it as well albeit with errors.I was mesmerised why it would bother them so much if as the PNU guys call him Kihii or something to that effect. It then dawned on me the same obsessions we see here about RAO are the same ones out there. My neighbours i can bet have never placed a finger on a keyboard let alone the mouse but they were very aware.

There discussions was to the effect that Raila knowns what he wants and that he is now looking for the Kikuyu stakes and since i dint want to appear buried into their discussion i set myself off but left them discussing and this are both old men and women. They also rubbished Kalonzo about his folly of not realising what Raila wants and that he should chanuka.Ladies and gentlemen this is by no means a fabrication but something i heard with my two ears.

Come to think of it,whatever we post here might be as well the same the real voters out there think.Bear in mind the notorius bad mouthers here never actually vote when called to,can you imagine someone like M-Pesa or Kwale Voting?Beats logic!!!!So as much as we may struggle to outdo each other in comment the real story is out there and what some of us represent here is partly personal opinion and receptive from the ground on the other part.

As events unfold i personally think Kalonzo was never never ever intrested in the presidency at all but personal riches,so much so that he rushed to under declare his wealth and i dont know if the London pounds were included. If you can recall sometimes mid last year or thereabouts Lucy kept prodding him to join Kibaki and that he was Straying and Chris you should be remembering this.I now can place the missing dot to say Kalonzo was never intrested in the presidency at all.

Now on the issue of traitor and Kalonzo which is becoming an enigma in Kumekucha, had Kalonzo stood by Raila and demanded that a recount be done and quit rushing to press conferences calling for dialogue and some other shiznit calls we would have had a better Kenya.I say this because the flaws were very open that even he a lawyer could easily tell without perusing ECK records.Sometimes i wonder about his moral fabric when he was actively practising law? What was he like?Somebody care to tell me?

So by jumping to make calls for dialogue Kalonzo betrayed not Raila but Kenyans Wholesale. He dint bother to state loud and clear that there were flaws in the elections but only claiming he had written to Kivuitu about some flaws in the parliamentry results in some consituencies and never even felt he himself stated his had been stolen.

In a nutshell he never betrayed RAO but Kenyans primarily.Had he Joined RAO then he would have had the wholesale support of each Wanjiku Wafula Onyango and evry other Kenyan.Period.I could be wrong and i will gladly take corrections!Have a good morning!

  34. Taabu you once wondered how guys fail exams, As Knoppix above has said the thread is about who is superior between Kalonzo & Raila...The other thread Sam Okello's was about Kalonzo the traitor.....My take i think it is a waste of time to start discussing that; Did you see Kalonzo signing any document on that day...I didn't unless my TV is small, so i will not dwell on that...It is 50-50, that is why ODM has 20 ministers, PANUA has 20 which has been nested to KANU, - Riftvalley, NARC-Kenya, ODM-Kenya....Kalonzo can enjoy the VP treatment, the security detail that i guess amazes him so much and may he continue with the good work that Uncle Moody started, if i were him i wouldn't waste my time and breath and more so my precious voice trying to justify the unjustifiable and yet his ministry is under fire, go sort the prison wardeners first!!!!

Raila had to introduce Kalonzo for him to be accepted by the people of Kipkelion otherwise he was not an MC in anyway...Wrath ya wakale is bad even Kibaki fears it....So Chris as i said let us not dwell here it is a waste of time ...Leta ingine

  36. Kalonzo promised he would win and become president (and would not support Kibaki nor Raila).

Today we know that he had made a secret deal with Kibaki before elections.

THAT IS WHY KENYANS CALL HIM JUDAS.

His (mis)behaviour can not be compared with NDP/KANU merger.

Kalonzo, a tribal chief, is a small timer in charge of prisons ONLY(the warders are on strike).

Raila is the truly elected 4th President and PM of Kenya (THE TWO-IN-ONE).

  37. again i say this, the problem with pnu is that they dont like hearing the truth ama is it that they dont understand?

kalonzo musyoka's iscariotness did not come because he vied for the presidency, that was his democratic right to do so and at that point some people thought he was genuine about his candidature. thats why some people voted for him the rest were just supporting their tribesmate.

kalonzo, only became a traitor on that fateful 29th and 30th of december when his friend mutula kilonzo kept urging kivuitu to release fake results after it was so obvious that odm had won with a landslide majority and that if they took the reigns of power...musyoka and his miracle group would not come anywhere near corridors of power. he realised the only way to do it is to join the pnu thieves in pressing for the rapid release of wrong results.....as it suited him then.

and just after elections when the country was burning, the man decided that was the opportune time to accept the post of the vp....yet everyone was so hurt and raw following the stolen elections!!

now, with the benefit of hindsight kalonzo musyokas actions tell me he probably was never interested in the presidency at all, he was forming post-election coalitions in his mind, when other people were serious about their bids.....what kalonzo was doing was just trying very hard to counter the odm wave....thats why he was meeting kibaki and moi in the cover of darkness and travelling to london to collect his bribe loot.

so pnu no......kalonzo is not a traitor because he vied for the presidency as ur pnu minds are confined to think....he's a traitor because he betrayed kenya at its darkest hour and sold our democracy for a vp post by endorsing stolen elections!!

  39. Precisely.....Mrembo just read another acronym of PNU (Panya Ndani ya Unga)...Ouch Knoppix wewe ni wetu.....If a rat is in the flour bowl what does it do....Messes up the whole room....Is that not true? That is what Kalonzo and PANUA have not realized that they dont have the midas touch....They spoil everything they touch....But there is also one thing Mrembo why waste time on something and you know that you know you will definately not Win....That is Kalonzo for you he kept yapping all over knowing very well that he wont win....I watched him on bull's eye y'day trying to catch a glimpse at the same time with Kibaki on the flap door of a tent that could only fit one person...Ei Tulia, there is no more miracle to apply there ama alitaka kupita katikati yao!!!

ati kibaki atakuwa upande huu....na mheshimiwa raila upande huu.....na yeye atapita katikati yao!! aki i tell you i saw....akipita katikati yao na his 24 hour business hubs(kwa towns hazina hata stima!! LOL) alipita katikati yao akirudi nyuma hehehehehehe!!

can someone close to kalonzo call and ask him whether the miracle he was yapping about last year has come to pass?....lets get it straight from the horses mouth si, speculations za watu!! he never told us what the miracle was....we want to know whether it came to pass.

  44. Chris,
I think if any one spend a fleeting moment thinking about the heading of your post, 'Kalonzo Or Raila: Who Is The Boss?' the answer would be apparent.
Government- I do not recognize it but, I am one against so many- is composed of PNU and ODM. The dictator straddles over PNU and RAO leads ODM. Kalonzo is part of PNU so... you get the flow and my logic I really will not spend much time dwelling on Kalonzo, neither, should any Kenya.

Anon 4:40 AM, my enduring sentiments are similar to your.

  47. Taabu,
I hate to tell you this ...'Winners never QUIT'... is very redundant. For, winners never have any need to quit, why should a winner quit?. Your statement, Taabu, is akin to the 'dully elected' statement from you know whom.

Ivy, tell me why despite being a very reasonable and pragmatic individual, you persist in being a ManU fan. You, should have more class than that!

Take heart YOU ARE NOT A LONE and WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, no doubt. Fae usione mwanzako chini ukafikiria amededi, bado we are winning.

@Ivy no tears, these are the pains of a winner. THERE IS ONLY ONE UNITED.

Fergie must give what an institution (NOT FOOTBALL CLU!) is worth. You cannot afford that defensive balderdash in Nou Camp and Stamford bridge. He either shapes up or ships out.

  52. people are undermining Kilonzo Musyoka- it is called positioning- if anything were to happen to Kibaki today god forbid- who is next in line?? remember it is Kilonzo Musyoka according to the constitition that PNU is still trying to rewrite ODM and PNU- BUT UNDER PNU kilonzo is next on line to kibaki- Uhuru Kenyatta will have no chance to step in that seat the way PNU stands now!!

Kilonzo 's case will be like Moi after Kenyatta died- so I pity the central province people who are championing him on- because if Kilonzo were ever to get that chance to presidency then the kikuyu's will be irrelevant in kenya politic's::) Kilonzo learned from the best political strategist "MOI" praise him all you want and demand he is the number 2 in the slots- but it will come back to bite you soon!!!kilonzo knows what he is doing?? but does the Kikuyu's population with their UHURU as their planned successor for the next presidency?? it might never come to be for uhuru if kilanzo has his way and Martha Karua should forget!!
Kilonzo has already made some smart moves- it looks like he is fighting with Raila but i doubt if that is his plan-
Watching the video closely at the function when Raila called on Kibaki to talk? before even kibaki had a chance to stand or react!!Kilonzo stood up- I did not see any indication that Kibaki gave him the go ahead, so who is the welding the power in PNU?? Kilonzo or Kibaki?? many people are starting to see it differently- seems Kilonzo is overpowering Kibaki!! look at the sequence of affairs closely!!!look closely - I pity Uhuru :)

  53. kibaki, uhuru, moi have enough land to settle the MAU MAU veteran's families between them- WHO HAVE BECOME IDP'S

the extended KENYATTA family alone owns an estimated 500,000 acres — approximately the size of NYANZA province — according to estimates by independent surveyors and ministry of lands officials who spoke on condition of anonymity.

The kibaki and MOI'S families also own large tracts of land though most of the MOI family land is held in the names of his sons and daughters and other close family members. Most of the holders of the huge parcels of land are concentrated within the 17.2 per cent part of the country that is arable.

The remaining 80 per cent is mostly arid and semi arid land. In fact, according to the kenya land alliance, more than a half of the arable land in the country is in the hands of only 20 per cent of the 30 million Kenyans.

That has left up to 13 per cent of the population absolutely landless while another 67 per cent on average own less than an acre per person.

ARE WE AS KENYANS FOOLISH?? HOW CAN WE ALLOW ONE FAMILY TO OWN A WHOLE PROVINCE ?? WHICH MOST WAS ACQUIRES ILLEGALLY?? AFTER LOOKING AT WHAT KENYATTA DID WITH THE MAU MAU VETERANS LAND????

THIS MUST BE ADDRESSED AND NOW THEY ARE IDP'S FORCED ON OTHER TRIBES WHEN KENYATTA FAMILY SEATS ON THEIR LAND!! UTTER NONSENSE!!!

  54. Hello, which Kilonzo????

  55. How can any right thinking person defend Kalooser, the guy claimned RAO was un electable due to his tribe and he was not only proved wrong but exposed has perpetuating the very tribal nonsense that is causing kenya so much hurt. It is a fact that the kikuyu both now and in tha past have seen themselves as above other kenyans and yet kaloosr was willing to buddy up for as long as they promised him something. Thats why he is a traitor the whole perpose of the past election was to prove to central that we cannot have two kenyas, but Kalooser was more interested in his ambitions than in getting kenya working as a nation. His immedeat plan is to find a way of leading kenya by tribal arithmetic which the central plan is to have rift valley and luo nyanza excluded. In onther words, coast, luya nad kisii are seen as such danders that can be promised a few gava post if the elect kalooser. In is usual delusional thinking he has convinced himslef tha power emanates form protocal and positions he should ask one uncle Moody Awori about that. He still nurses some notion that kenya will be rules by some clever trick and not by the willof the people.I still recomend public flogging the guy is a disgrace to kenyans.

    Sir Alex
