  1. the irony of life!! the biggest culprit will walk scott free on account of his being 'duly' elected!!

does anyone expect that idiotic mungiki zombie to do anything 'just' ? he steals elections in broad daylight, kills people through the state machinery... then he invites mungiki over for a bash in his compound... then he sends them to 'revenge' in rift valley, granting them free passage on highways (with machetes in view mark you!!)..... and then asked police to cover them and stand by when they behead, lock people up and burn them!!

hehehe saitoti!! maybe he was talking about...his boss!! even with all the mathematics in his head....i doubt he has connected these dots well enough to know...he is one of the big sharks himself.

PRESCRIPTION: kibaki D.K. 5000 tablets (dead people) 24 (times a day)

wape wapeee vidonge vyao....wakimeza, wakitema ni shauri yao! prosecution?.....tsk!!

  2. No amnesty for criminals.

It doesnt matter what you are and who you are, the law should apply to everyone. It must be as follows.

1)Those whose behaviour and deeds caused the violence (vote thieves, manipulators) should get not less than 10 years and a personal fine of 5 millions Sh each.

These are Kibaki, Gicheru, Kiviuti, Karua, Musyoka and all ECK members, returning officers of Molo, etc who withheld results.

2)Those who financed thugs and ordered police and other thugs to shoot to kill.

They should get not less than 5 years and pay a personal compensation fine to the bereaved families(each dead 2 millions Shillings and 1.5m to the injured)

These are Uhuru, Michuki, Saitoti, Grace Kaindi (Police boss Kisumu), Karume, Kabando wa Kabando.

3)Those who participated actively participated in killings
should get not more than 1 year imprisonment. The courts should differenciate between criminals and peaceful demonstrators and groups protecting themselves. Those found to be members of criminal syndicates like Mungiki should get further 2 years imprisonment.

These are people in RV, Kibera, Mathare, Nakuru,RV-Kisii border and Naivasha.

4)The police officers who used excessive force and killed demonstrators in Kisumu,Eldoret, Kibera and Mathare should get 2 years.

Kenyans should know that THE BIG MAN is more responsible than a man on the street and therefore must face the full force of the law.
WE SHALL GO TO THE STREETS IF THE SMALL MAN IS ARRESTED AND KIBAKI IS FREE!!

  3. Wonders never cease in our beloved motherland. Where pray tell, was Saitoti when the killings were at full tilt? None of these "honorables" uttered a word during that time. none of them showed courage nor leadership. I bet you they were all busy transfering their wealth and families to safer destinations just in case the shit hit the fan. It is cowardly to now point fingers at no one in particular.

Like I said, you can not expect the same people who watched the country burn, to now prescribe solutions and the way forward towards reconcilling the people. It defeats logic.

  4. Yall know that justice goes to the highest bidder and woo unto you if you have nothing to bid , so lets just swallow the bitter pill that someone has to pay for the post election skirmishes if not for justice then for PR purpose , this is still kenya.
