All Politics And No Play Makes Njoro Omosh And Kilosh Dull Kenyans

In a hospital the relatives gathered in the waiting room, where their Family member lay gravely ill.

Finally, the doctor came in looking tired and somber. "I'm afraid I'm the bearer of bad news,' he said as he surveyed the worried faces. 'The only hope left for your loved one at this time is a brain transplant. It' s an experimental procedure, very risky but it is the only hope. Insurance will cover the procedure, but you will have to pay for the brain yourselves."

The family members sat silently as they absorbed the news.

After a great length of time, someone asked, "Well, how much does a brain cost?"

The doctor quickly responded, "$5,000 for a male brain, and $200 for a Female brain."

The moment turned awkward.

Men in the room tried not to smile, avoiding eye contact with the women, but some actually smirked.

A man unable to control his curiosity, blurted out the question everyone wanted to ask,

"Why is the male brain so much more?"

The doctor smiled at the childish innocence and explained to the entire Group, "It's just standard pricing procedure. We have to mark down the price of the female brains, because they've actually been used. The male brains are hardly ever used by the owners.

So they are as good as new."

SEND THIS TO A SMART WOMAN WHO NEEDS A LAUGH AND TO THE MEN YOU THINK CAN HANDLE IT!

  1. This is what I call uncalled for stereotype. If the female brain were more expensive and the doctor gave the exact same explanation, this comments section would be awash with all kinds of accusations of male chauvinism. Equality appears to me as a very malleable concept in some people's minds. Equality is equality not some kind of preferential treatment. It is for that reason that I wish to register my disapproval of these comments that unfairly potray ANY GROUP of people as lesser beings. It could be just me, but that is how I see it.

  2. Vikii you are right but it is a truism that the human brain is pre-conditioned to think and work with specific ideals. And that is what jokes (inteligent ones) pokes holes in. It is also clinically true that the human brain is divided in two hemispheres (left and right). The left is where intelligent pulses originate and WOMEN genetically have a large left brain by 30\%.

You arre right bro on equaliity. But also true is the fact that equal is never the verb for medical noun EQUALITY. Not a game of semantics but true. There you have it from BB. Any more takes?

  5. By the way brother Vikii, if all were equal do you think the first two female commanders to Space (Discovery) would be headline news? It is a dog's world bro full of contradictions. You only remain sane in the confusion by accepting all and choosing what to believe and live, ama?

PS: You can VERB(IZE) an adjective, can't you?

  6. We had our taste of equality - WangĂ» wa Makeri and Margaret Thatcher.

Don't you think that's a dose that would last a lifetime?
