ReplyDeleteI hope Ali learns something about KOBAN policing from Japan. the Community policing in that Far East country is a great success around the world and it is the only place that it has worked. If they (NSIS) read this blog, they should tell ALI to ask the Japanese police about KOBANS, and related stuff.
